Note that this is for a Powermatic P60 jointer cutterhead with a shaft of a 3/4" diameter; the cutterhead uses two different bearings with a 2.75" cutting diameter. Please double check the dimensions of the stock cutterhead prior to placing an order.

The Powermatic 60, P60, is one of the most desirable vintage 8" jointers out there. This is a helical cutter head, manufactured by WGM Tool Works, to replace the stock traditional steel cutters. Each head features 4 rows of cutters for a total of ~32 (already installed on the cutterhead).  Each cutter, or carbide insert, is solid carbide and will outlast your steel knives by a good margin. Each insert (15mmX15mmX2.5mm) also has four cutting sides so just rotate the side that gets dull and you are ready to plane again.
